This newfound freedom allows you to explore a variety of foods based on your specific likes, wants and needs to help you foster a more joyful and balanced relationship with your plate. No more on again, off again dieting. You'll experience consistent adequate nourishment for your body's needs.
Explore the Mind-Body Connection and Find Satisfaction
We'll dig deep into the powerful link between your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Understanding how your mind and body communicate can help you make choices that nourish your whole being. You'll learn practical tools to manage strong emotions in healthy ways, breaking the cycle of emotional eating. This program will also integrate Nervous System healing to help you understand how your nervous system responds to stress and develop strategies to create a sense of safety, calm, and connection in your body.
The Empowered Body Method goes beyond your relationship with food and your body. You will learn how to manage the ebbs and flows of life, create boundaries with yourself and others, improve overall relationships, find inner peace and happiness, and connect to life in a way that brings you the most fulfillment.
